Moved to R&P last year for my two greyhounds. Never had a problem. The Westmoor receptionists are always so helpful and friendly. Insurance claims go through quickly. Always a clean waiting area. One of my dogs had surgery with Kou this year and he was amazing and so knowledgeable, I had no worries about it at all. I came from a different vets after a very traumatic experience so I was very wary but I had no reason to be, the vets fill me with confidence here.

Can't praise them enough. They've looked after our two dogs amazingly especially when one of them had to have double knee surgery. From the reception staff, nurses, vets, physio etc they are all so lovely.

Robson and Prescott have always been fantastic. We have both our pets at this practice. More recently we had an appointment with a new vet. With has changed my opinion. I left feeling patronised. The vet in question was rude, blunt and rather degrading. Usually I would not tarnish a reputation as the past 3 years the vets have been great. Unfortunately more recently it’s changed.

Been using R&P for 5 years now can't fault them. Excellent Vets the service is first class. appointments are never rushed. Both my pups are happy to go there.
